Erica was born and raised in San Diego, CA, and has a deep passion for art. Through acting, painting, drawing, and making weird things her mom is proud of, the creative process brings immense value to Erica’s life.
Erica’s experience with professional and personal development coaching allowed her to see things differently. She founded Dusty Dawn Art in 2015 as a way to create connections between the Artist and art admirers. Dusty Dawn Art’s mission is to make art accessible for everyone and seeks to forge a fun and exciting experience through art.
In 2017, Erica then debuted The Artist Unmasked Podcast – a podcast that features contemporary artists who reveal their creative process, their work, and their story. Through the podcast, Erica’s goal is to encourage others to get creative and support artists of all backgrounds. Each interview is an opportunity to learn about a new artist who finds happiness and healing through the creative process.
What projects are you currently working on? The Artist Unmasked Podcast and Monthly Group art shows at Mike Hess Brewing North Park. The most recent art show on display at Mike Hess is Quarantine Creations and will be on view from July 1st to August 1st.
